At She-Ra Jewelry, we want you to be completely enchanted by your new pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
